COOKIE POLICY
In the following paragraphs, we explain our purpose for using cookies and related technologies on our website. We also provide you with the option to change or withdraw your consent for our use at any time.
Cookies and web storage technologies facilitate your interaction with our websites. As soon as you visit our website, cookies are downloaded by your internet browser onto your device, for example as a small text file. Technologies from third parties that we integrate into our websites for the functioning of the website also place cookies on your device. In the following paragraphs, we explain the purposes for which we use these technologies and how you can adjust the settings to suit your preferences.
Why do we use cookies?
Cookies perform many different tasks that contribute to a seamless and interactive online experience. This only works, however, if you always use the same device with the same browser. Some specific cookies are necessary for the operation and maintenance of our website, because they allow us to:
- Always provide you with the services of your preference (preference cookies)
- Offer you specific and relevant information
- Provide you with a seamless and comfortable online experience
In addition, we also use analytical and marketing cookies, which we place only after your consent. We may also read data from your device so that we can subsequently process the collected (personal) data.
The specific purposes for which we use these cookies can be found under the section “What types of cookies are there on this website?”
What types of cookies are there on this website?
Although there are different types of cookies that can be distinguished by function, origin, or retention period, legislation mainly differentiates between functional or necessary cookies on the one hand and all other cookies on the other. Below you will find which cookies are used on this website.
This website may use both first-party cookies and third-party cookies, as explained below.
- First-party cookies: These are cookies that we, or service providers under contract with us, place on the website. You exchange data with us when you continue to use our website.
- Third-party cookies: Our website may also contain content from other providers (third parties), who may use their own cookies. These external providers may place cookies during your visit to our website, which can request information such as the fact that you have loaded our website. Please visit the third party’s website for information about their use of cookies.
Below you will find more information about these external providers, with a link to their privacy statements. If you reject these cookies, we can only offer you the functionality on our website that can be used without such cookies. In that case, the parts of our website where third-party content is integrated—and where third-party cookies are necessary—will not be available to you. You will then receive a notification informing you of this.
If you still wish to use the unavailable content on the website, you will need to allow the use of statistical cookies and marketing cookies. Use the relevant function on our website to give or withdraw your consent. Please consult the cookie list below for more information about the integrated data processing by third parties.

Where are data collected by cookies processed?
Data collected by cookies are mainly processed within the Extended European Union (Extended EU)[1]. In some cases, cookie information may be processed by our contracted service providers or by third-party cookie providers in countries outside the Extended EU* that do not offer a level of data protection comparable to that in the EU. In some countries—for example, the United States—there is a notable risk that local authorities may gain access to cookie information processed there for surveillance purposes. There are no effective legal remedies to prevent this.
We have implemented additional and appropriate safeguards—such as contracts based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, alongside additional technical measures—to ensure that data collected by cookies are adequately protected.
Where you have given your consent, you also agree to the transfer and further processing of data collected by cookies in countries outside the Extended EU*.
