Delivery Policy
At Work-Out (Stratco), we strive to have your order delivered quickly and efficiently. Below you can find all details about our delivery options, lead times, and related costs.
Delivery Options & costs
We offer the following delivery method: Standard delivery.
Costs are clearly displayed during checkout, before you complete your order. Packages are sent by default to the nearest pick-up point. If you would like the parcel delivered to a different pick-up point, you can provide the details of this location via the “notes” field during checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times: Delivery times vary depending on your location. In any case, we observe the statutory delivery period of 30 days after concluding the contract for the purchase of goods (excluding services). If we are unable to deliver on time, we will always inform you before the end of the anticipated delivery period.
Note: During busy periods, such as public holidays, delivery times may be longer. We will do our best to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery times for multiple-item orders: If you order several products with different delivery dates at the same time via our webshop, these will be shipped together. The delivery date for your order will be based on the longest delivery time of the products. We reserve the right to split the shipment into multiple deliveries with different delivery dates.
Processing and Dispatch Times
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. Please note that it may take some time before tracking information becomes available.
Delivery Issues
Delays: Although we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs procedures, or other unforeseen events. We will keep you informed as soon as we ourselves are notified of any delays.
Undelivered parcels: If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@workout.jarneclaesen.be so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Returned parcels: If you return goods to us (see ‘Returns and Refunds Policy’), you are responsible for the transport.
Issues during delivery: We cannot be held liable for any consequential damages resulting from late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier appointed by the company. In such cases, our liability is limited to the value of the items proven not to have been received by the customer.
International Delivery & Import Duties
For all international orders, import duties, customs charges, and local taxes may apply once the parcel arrives in your country. These costs are not included at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
This includes—but is not limited to—any surcharges imposed by national or regional authorities, such as the 15% US import duty currently applicable to goods shipped from the EU.
Work-Out (Stratco) does not collect or cover these costs, and we cannot provide a prior estimate of the total amount due upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs or tax office before placing your order so that you are fully informed about any additional charges.
If these costs are not paid, this may lead to delivery delays, return of the parcel, or additional fees from the carrier.
