Returns and Refunds Policy

Right of Withdrawal

At Work-Out (Stratco), we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, unless an exception applies as set out below under “3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal”.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Notify your return: Within 14 days of receiving your order, send us an email with the completed form to info@workout.jarneclaesen.be to inform us of your decision.

Return the product: After notifying us of your withdrawal, you will receive a return label by email. From the date of receiving your purchase, you have a maximum of 14 days to return the product to us. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, we will inspect the products. If everything is in order, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

The direct costs of returning the goods, as well as responsibility for the return shipment, are at your expense. You may also return the parcel free of charge by bringing it directly to one of our locations, as stated in the Legal Notice.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Certain products cannot be returned, such as:

Custom-made or personalised products (goods made according to your specifications or clearly intended for you).

Sealed products which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once the seal has been broken (e.g. used products such as a water bottle or sweatband which cannot be resold after cleaning or disinfecting).

Incorrect or incomplete information when ordering

If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete information when placing the order (such as an incorrect email address, delivery address, or other essential details), resulting in missed notifications about shipment or delivery and the parcel being returned to us, then:

The customer remains fully responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as a new shipping label or packaging.

If we cannot contact the customer, or the customer does not contact Work-Out, no costs will be refunded.

If the customer proactively contacts Work-Out, they may request a refund of the value of the order contents. Shipping costs already incurred remain at the customer’s expense.

Failure to collect parcel at pick-up point

If a customer does not collect the parcel in time at a pick-up point, and the parcel is automatically returned to Work-Out, then:

The customer is not entitled to a refund of the purchase price or shipping costs.

The customer may still receive the parcel by contacting Work-Out and covering the additional costs. In this case, the extra cost is a new shipping label.

Products in Original Condition

During the initial 14 days after delivery, we expect you to handle the order and packaging with care. You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. Returned goods may be tried on but must not be used. Returned products must include all supplied accessories and a copy of the delivery documents.

If the product has diminished in value due to use, we may deduct an amount from the refund.
